Creative Space
Bristol Hairdressing offers a one-of-a-kind experience, allowing you to reserve the salon to get ready with your own friends and family. Our goal is to remove the stress and use the salon space for you to relax and enjoy your hair and makeup preparations with the people you choose.

On-Location
Bristol Hairdressing on-location initial quote is calculated by number of artists + quantity of services + distance traveled.
For safety of our team a minimum presence of 1 stylist + 1 assistant is required for all on-location reservations.
Service costs vary per artist, a minimum of 4 full services, and maximum of 8 full services booked per artist & assistant.
1 hour is allotted per full service booked. A la carte services are offered after minimum is met and as time permits.
Full Service: Initial Hair or Makeup $125-$225+
Travel: $1.00 per mile to and from event location
International and Domestic Air Travel: Do you need the Bristol Hairdressing Styling Team to fly out to you?
When events like this occur, special accommodations including and not limited to; styling and makeup service allowable min/max, transportation round-trip to/from location, transportation to/from event, private room may be required for Bristol Hairdressing Styling Team to perform. (a continuous 8hr. maximum is allotted for the event styling and touchups)
Bristol Creative Space
Bristol Hairdressing offers use of our Creative Space in either San Diego, CA or Reno, NV are available for reservation.
Initial quote is calculated by number of artists + number of services + space fee*.
Service costs vary per artist, a starting minimum of 4 full services, to a maximum of 8 full services booked per artist & assistant.
1 hour is allotted per full service booked. A la carte services are offered after minimum is met and as time permits.
*Space fee calculated when booking outside normal hours of operation.
Full Service: Initial Hair or Makeup $125-$225+
Space fee: $100 (fee waived when booking during normal operating hours: Tuesday thru Saturday 8am-8pm)

Styling / Updo / Blowout: $125-$225+
Trial Run: Highly Suggested! Bridal parties can book consultations and trial runs together at the salon space, doing this gives the opportunity to maintain a cohesive look across the party for your event or big day.
Makeup
Bristol Creative Team apply their expertise and knowledge to create looks that enhance your natural beauty and suits your individual style. Whether you are looking for a subtle day look, a dramatic cat-eye, or a special occasion, our makeup artists will help you create the perfect look. Our team is experienced in working with all skin types and tones, and they can help you find the best solution for your needs. Additionally, our makeup artists use top-of-the-line products to ensure long-lasting results and a flawless finish. Our professional makeup artists can help you look and feel your best every day.
Makeup Application: $125-$225+

Appointment Scheduling
To accommodate service request and appointment times of your party, it is imperative to arrange and confirm with our event coordinator a minimum of 45 days prior to event date. We understand unforeseeable circumstances can and do happen, as professionals in our craft we will always do our very best and make all the effort to meet your needs. However, our salon space and services are booked far in advance and any changes made with less than 45 days may not be possible to accommodate.
To be as proficient as possible on the day of the event, all Bridal and Groom appointments are time blocked to ensure all persons are attended to per their specific need. Trial appointments are always available and highly recommended. We realize for most, this may not be an everyday experience and the look may not be totally realized. In this case we highly recommend you and your party schedule for an individual or group consultation and trial appointment(s). We truly want to ensure the vision for your look is realized, and whether hair or makeup the look you are going for is achieved.
Bridal parties can book consultations and trial runs together at the salon space, doing this gives the opportunity to maintain a cohesive look across the party for your event or big day.
Professional Note: Certain hairstyles can take up more time, some may require hair extensions, toppers or greater processing time and may impede the ability to accommodate all persons in party within time permitted. We greatly appreciate your commitment to finalize all location and service needs early in your planning process.
Deposit, Cancellation, Refund
Bristol Hairdressing events team requires a 20% deposit for all scheduled events.
Cancellation made up to 45 days advance notice will receive a 100% refund of deposit.
Cancellation made less than 45 days advance notice will receive 80% refund of deposit.
Cancellation made less than 30 days advance notice will receive 50% refund of deposit.
Refund will return in the same form in which it was made. Credit card purchase and refund incur 3% processing fee.
No refund will be granted for no show on day of event or trial date, no matter the circumstance.
