At Bristol Hairdressing from the minute you enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Salon. we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations procedures. If you have any questions, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, please understand, that due to the time constraints your stylist may not be able to complete the full service you booked and/or additional time may be purchase to accommodate.
Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment. We get it. If you do need to cancel with more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know. If you do not let us know or have to cancel with less than 24 hours before your appointment, a "no-show" fee of up to 50% of services to be rendered maybe imposed.
In constant pursuit of better customer service. A deposit is used to ensure your appointment time and date as well as allocate products to be used for requested service(s).
Retail & Online Store Purchase: All sales are final. Items may be exchanged and/or returned for store credit only and must be received by Bristol Hairdressing within 30 days of original purchase with accompanying receipt or invoice. Items must be in new and unused, undamaged condition. Please note: items purchased online fall under greater scrutiny for returns and maybe subject to 15% restocking fee. Please contact us directly if there is any issue with your order. Discount and Clearance items may not be returned.
All information gathered will never be sold or rented, ever.
Trial styling and trial makeup is highly recommended and can be scheduled within the services menu.
