Ensuring the Best Experience

At Bristol Hairdressing, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Salon. LATE ARRIVALS

Inform Us in Advance, if possible

We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.

 

CANCELLATION

let us know how we can best serve you

Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know. If you don’t let us know or have to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, we take 50% of the appointment as a fee. Talk to us to find out more.

 

DEPOSITS

Deposits may be required to secure appointment, and/or products for service

 

RETURNS / EXCHANGE

All sales are final. Due to the nature of the products a 14 day maximum is allowed for purchases for exchange. Item(s) must be in new unused condition in original undamaged packaging accompanied by original receipt print or digital.

 

PERSONAL INFORMATION

All information collected is strictly for correspondence between you and your stylist, and you and Bristol Hairdressing. At no time will we collect information to sell.
